How to handle what you buy from us, and the limits of what we can tell you.
Last updated 16 October 2026
Always treat it as loaded
Treat every airgun as loaded until you have personally checked it, and never point it at anything you are not willing to destroy.
Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on the target, and be certain of what is behind it.
Protect your eyes
Pellets and BBs bounce. Wear eye protection every time, including for dry practice, and hearing protection on anything with a report.
Store it properly
Store airguns and gas unloaded, separate from pellets, and out of reach of children. If you own a firearm under licence, store it according to the conditions of that licence.
Our guidance is guidance
The buying guides, care notes and training material on this site are general information written to be useful. They are not a certified training course, and they do not replace instruction from a qualified range officer or coach.
We are not liable for misuse
We are responsible for the quality of what we sell, not for what happens after it leaves us. Misuse, use outside the law, use without protection, or use of a modified item is entirely at your own risk.
