Shipping & Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver across India through a courier partner. We do not currently ship outside India.

Some pin codes and some states carry restrictions on certain items. Where an order cannot legally be delivered, we cancel it and refund it in full.

Dispatch

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within two working days. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday begin on the next working day.

If something is going to take longer, we will tell you before you pay rather than after.

Tracking

You will get a tracking reference by email or SMS once the parcel leaves us. If it has not arrived within the estimate, call us and we will chase it.

Damaged in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening it fully where you can, and tell us within 48 hours. We will replace it or refund it.

Failed delivery

If a parcel comes back to us because nobody was available and it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery may carry a charge.
